The Bluths Are Back for Arrested Development‘s Fifth Season This Month

The recent remix of Arrested Development’s fourth season isn’t the only Bluth family news, as the first trailer for the show’s fifth season dropped Monday, complete with a release date of May 29.

It’s been five years since we’ve last been revelled with the tales of the exasperatingly endearing Bluth family, but the trailer mixes plenty of callbacks and current tidbits that show plenty of promise. The show’s fourth season experimented with episodes that mostly focused on a singular character, but the season four remix, which recut it into episodes that more resembled the show’s first three seasons, could mean that the new season will utilize that same familiar structure.

All of the main cast and series creator Mitchell Hurwitz return to their roles for the new season. Even the iconic Bluth Company chair car showed its figurative face, announcing the release date of the new season on the streets of New York City.

Season five of Arrested Development debuts on May 29 on Netflix. Don’t make a horrible mistake and check out the trailer below. C’mon.
