Brian Wysol saw years of hard work come alive this past Sunday when his new absurdist animated series, Hot Streets, debuted on Adult Swim. While much of the promotion of the show has focused on Rick & Morty co-creator Justin Roiland, attached as a producer and the voice of Chubbie Webbers, its origins are in the mind of its creator and his countless attempts to garner an audience with the eccentric regulars of “Channel 101.”
