5 Delicious Cocktails For the Perfect Brunch

When someone suggests a brunch cocktail, your mind probably goes immediately to something orange juice-based like a mimosa or a screwdriver. While both of those can certainly be a refreshing choice, there’s a whole lot more to brunch than OJ.

If you’re looking to spice up your brunch game this weekend (or this Thursday – no judgment here!), here are a few delicious cocktail recipes to help you get started.

Little Red Corvette

Ingredients:
1 oz. Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter
3/4 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice (or Orange Juice)
3/4 Fresh Lemon
1/2 oz. Peach Liqueur

Method: Shake and strain over rocks in Old Fashioned glass, float of Fernet on top. Garnish with candied Blood Orange Wheel.


Tito’s Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
3-4 oz. your favorite Bloody Mary mix
Garnish such as celery, olives, dill pickles, bacon and/or smoked sausage
Ice

Method: Combine Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Bloody Mary mix and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour everything into a glass. Add your favorite garnishes. Enjoy!


The Martini & Rossi Negroni

Inspired by the 1872 Martini & Rossi Bitter recipe, our master blenders have crafted a modern expression of the original which perfectly complements Riserva Speciale Vermouth di Torino to create today’s ultimate Negroni.

Ingredients:
1 Part Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter
1 Part Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 Part Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino
Orange Wedge Garnish

Method: Add ice and an orange wedge.


Cucumber Gimlet

Ingredients:
2 parts Purity Vodka
?¾ parts fresh squeezed lime juice
¾ part simple syrup
4 slices cucumber
1 lime wheel

Directions: Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain into a large cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel?.


Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
2 oz. fresh watermelon juice
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice?
Ginger beer
Ice

Method: Combine Tito’s Handmade Vodka, watermelon and lime juices in glass with ice. Stir to combine. Top with ginger beer. Enjoy!
