1 1/2 oz. Dickel Rye
3/4 oz. POM
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Honey Ginger Syrup
Lemon Wheel for Garnish
Preparation: Combine Dickel Rye, POM, fresh lemon juice and honey ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain contents into a Collins over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.

1 1/2 oz. Zacapa
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. Coconut Milk
1/4 oz. Coconut Water
1/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
Preparation: Combine Zacapa, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, coconut water and cinnamon syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain contents into cocktail glass over ice.
1 oz. Orgeat (Almond Liqueur)
2 oz. Mount Gay Rum
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
A Orange Peel
A Grapefruit Peel
Preparation: Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass and stir.

1 1/2 oz. Tequila Don Julio Blanco
2/3 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2/3 oz. Fresh Mint and Sugar Snap Pea Syrup*
Mint for Garnish
Preparation: Combine Tequila Don Julio Blanco, fresh lemon juice and fresh mint and snap pea syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
Fresh Mint and Sugar Snap Pea Syrup
2/3 cup Fresh Mint (picked of stems)
2/3 cup Fresh Snap Peas
1 cup Simple Syrup
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation: Combine fresh mint, split open fresh snap peas and simple syrup into a large glass bottle. Place bottle into a large pot of water and heat to 120 degrees for 4 hours. Strain contents through a fine strainer. Add sea salt and let cool.

1 oz. Ketel One
1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
1 dash Absinthe
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
1 oz. Strawberry Puree
Preparation: Combine Ketel One, St. Germain liqueur, absinthe, lime juice, agave syrup and strawberry puree into a blender with ice. Blend. Pour contents into a tall party glass.
