For Honor Season Two Begins in May, Brings New Characters, Maps and Epic Gear
Image via UbisoftUbisoft announced today that For Honor’s second season, Shadow and Might, begins May 16 on all of the game’s platforms.
Announced with an age-gated teaser that you can check out here, season two brings the Shinobi and Centurion heroes to the game, along with two new maps, Forge and Temple Garden. Also coming alongside expected gameplay updates is a new level of gear rarity, “Epic,” that brings an entire rebalancing of the loot system. Below are Ubisoft’s official descriptions of next month’s two new heroes:
Shinobi (Samurai Assassin) – The Shinobi are silent warriors able to move with a dancer’s grace and kill with precision thanks to a lifetime of disciplined training. They wield the traditional Japanese Kusarigama.
Centurion (Knight Hybrid) – The Centurion sees the battlefield like a chessboard. Equipped with the reliable standard issue gladius, Centurions can bypass enemy defenses through strategic close-quarters combat.
Season pass purchasers will have instant access to the new characters, while all other players can unlock them using Steel, For Honor’s in-game currency.
