Ford Dealership Uses Stolen Artwork from Firewatch to Promote Their Sales Event
Quirk Ford, a local Ford dealership in Quincy, Mass., sent out an email blast today at around noon EST, promoting their Fourth of July sales event. This email was filled with copyrighted artwork from Firewatch, a game released earlier this year. The dealership had stolen the artwork and used it without the consent or compensation of the studio, Campo Santo, or the publisher, Panic Inc.
Panic Inc. shared the following on Twitter:
???? Ahh, remember when Henry and Delilah were excited about the Ford Freedom Sales Event? #ripoffexpress@camposantopic.twitter.com/kF5wZnH1ZT

Campo Santo co-founder Sean Vanaman shared his sarcasm-tinged thoughts, as well.

The images the dealership used and the artwork from Firewatch by Olly Moss are indistinguishable. You can compare the two below. Paste has reached out to Quirk Ford for comment.
