Marvel’s Spider-Man Slings Its Way Onto PlayStation 4 This September

Few titles have inspired more excitement over the past few years than Insomniac Games’ forthcoming Spider-Man game. Fans have waited impatiently for almost three years since its initial announcement to learn when they’ll get their hands on the game, and, now, Insomniac is ready to end the speculation.
Marvel’s Spider-Man will release exclusively for the PlayStation 4 on Sept. 7.

The announcement also detailed the Digital Deluxe and Collector’s editions of the title.
The Digital Deluxe edition, retailing at $79.99, will include the game, as well as access to its post-release DLC, Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City Never Sleeps, and additional Spider-Man suits. Those who pre-order the Digital Deluxe edition will also receive a collectible pin featuring the iconic web-slinger.
The Collector’s edition will include the game, all digital content from the Digital Deluxe content, a Steelbook case, a mini artbook and a statue of Spidey perched on a still-unrevealed structure.
Players will still be able to grab the additional costumes and the spider drone gadget as pre-order bonuses, no matter which version they purchase.
There’s sure to be more information on Marvel’s Spider-Man in the coming months, but all can rest assured that the game will arrive soon.
