I’ll be completely honest. My first thought upon seeing Professor Willow was that he was one fine lookin’ silver fox. I see now I’m not alone. Thank you tumblr user “fudgenomnomnom” for this.

Oh dear god please don’t let something like this happen in real life. No Pokémon is worth it, especially not Squirtle.
In case it wasn’t painfully obvious to anyone else, you throw the Pokéballs, not your phone. This one is again from @PokemonGOMemes.

It’s alright, I’m sure Pokémon Go will launch in Canada soon.
This photo is from Redditor Bableg and comes with an actually heartwarming story. Bableg writes:
This happened to me just tonight and gosh, THIS is what the game is really about. After a person dropped two lures at two very close proximity pokestops a group of almost 20 people (including me) showed up to them. We all talked about what Pokemon we caught and where we got them. It was such a cool experience. I met a bunch of yellow team players, we exchanged numbers and we’re all gonna get together tomorrow to go around a few towns capping gyms and collecting Pokemon! As a very shy, introverted person it’s amazing that this game can bring together people. I’m very excited about the future of this app for this exact reason.
This post encapsulates the wonderful, unanticipated effects Pokémon Go can have and the ways it can bring people together. And for those of you who haven’t played yet, a Pokéstop is a landmark in the game as well as in real life and a lure is something that players can drop to attract Pokémon.

In case the previous one was just too heart-warming for you, here’s Charmander about to get hit by a truck.
Y’all can tell how hard a trainer works based off their tan lines.#PokemonGopic.twitter.com/DyUEIJBEe9

If you don’t already have a full body tan from playing Pokémon Go then you’re not hardcore enough.
Pay. Attention. To. Where. You’re. Going.

Literally everyone is playing Pokémon Go.
The police had to issue a warning to overzealous trainers.
I’ve been going to college for three weeks now and I’ve honestly had no idea how I was going to make friends being the awkward person that I am. I walked up to class today and was playing Pokemon Go and someone saw me and she so excited to see it was up. After class we spent 21/2 hours walking our campus visiting pokespots and catching pokemon (a good half hour trying to hunt down a nearby Charmander). We’ve seen so many other people playing at our school today and we’ve laughed and chatted and shared tips with each other and cheered on the Running Guy™ who was trying to run to as many spots as possible before his next class. When her phone finally died, we chilled and she showed me how to play a card game while we waiting for her mom. Before she left we exchanged numbers and she gave me a hug and said she’d text me this weekend and we could chat about how our games were looking at home. Pokemon Go is the most pure and good thing I have ever seen and it will be such a wonderful thing for so many people
One more story of friendship to cap things off, this one courtesy of the Pokémon Go Stories tumblr page, which has plenty more to brighten your day. I hope Pokémon Go continues to bring people together and enrich our daily lives for a long time to come. I can’t wait to start exploring my neighborhood this weekend and hopefully even meet a fellow trainer or two.
