Stern Pinball Arcade on Oculus Rift Announced, Available Now

Stern Pinball Arcade for Oculus Rift, developed by Farsight Studios, is out today on the Oculus store. It is being produced by Stern Pinball, one of the oldest and largest pinball manufacturers. Stern Pinball Arcade launches for free with one table included, based on Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, pictured below.

Three other tables are available separately: Ripley’s Believe it or Not for $4.99, Starship Troopers for $4.99 and Star Trek (which you can see below) for $9.99. Stern Pinball Arcade will also be releasing on Steam, PS4, Xbox One and Wii U this fall. It’s not clear what exactly VR will bring to pinball video games, but VR adaptations are the overwhelming trend du jour.
