Red Dead Redemption 2 May Soon Be Coming to PC

It looks like fans of one of last year’s most critically acclaimed games, Red Dead Redemption 2, may be in for some good news: The game might be coming to PC soon.

This information comes via a day-old Reddit post that includes screenshots of two different Rockstar programmers who listed a PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 on their LinkedIn profiles. Both of the aforementioned programmers have since removed said listings. While this doesn’t mean that a PC port is a sure thing, it certainly brings some validity to the speculation that preceded this discovery.

This doesn’t come as a huge surprise. Developer Rockstar has released PC ports for other big titles like Grand Theft Auto V and L.A. Noire, among others, and fans of the game have been practically begging for a PC version of the 2018 Game of the Year contender. It’s just the next logical step for the sequel to the cherished Red Dead Redemption.

For you PC gamers who don’t own a console, this may finally be your chance to experience the highly lauded narrative open-world for yourself. Stay tuned for further updates on the port.
