Amazing YouTuber-Created Video Reimagines Epic Avengers: Endgame Battle in 16-Bit

Just in time for the theatrical re-release of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s magnum opus Avengers: Endgame, a YouTube user (called Mr. Sunday Movies) has released an incredible recreation of the film’s climactic battle scene, rendered in impressive 16-bit animation.

Beware, spoilers for Avengers: Endgame are contained in the video (but if you haven’t seen it yet, you should really get on that).

In the around-five-minute clip, you can watch 16-bit avatars of Captain America, Thor and Iron Man as they take on the powerful space tyrant, Thanos. The short also includes retro sound effects, fun speech bubbles and a retro score straight out of an old-school arcade cabinet. Just a few minutes in, plenty of other MCU heroes join the fray, and it’ll have you smiling from ear to ear—whether you’re a Marvel fan or otherwise.
