Seth Rogen, James Franco Try to Assassinate Kim Jong-un in The Interview Trailer

The James Franco/Seth Rogen bromance will add another chapter this October with The Interview. And while the two declare their mutual love in The Interview’s trailer, they’ve got a bigger task at hand.
Franco will play tabloid journalist Dave Skylark and Rogen will play his producer, Aaron Rapoport. The film kicks off after the duo scores their biggest interview to date, North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un. While tabloid journalists aren’t exactly known for their ethical practices, the two will have to use every shady tactic in the book after the CIA recruits them to assassinate the supreme leader.
The Interview was directed by Evan Goldberg and Rogen. It’s set for an Oct. 10 release through Sony Pictures.
