Watch Ralph Discover the Internet in First Wreck-It Ralph 2 Teaser

After six long years of wondering what Ralph and Vanellope have been up to, this Thanksgiving, we will finally have an answer. The first official teaser trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 dropped early this morning, introducing the two protagonists to a whole new digital world: the Internet.

The trailer opens with the owner of the arcade installing a wi-fi router, thus bringing the arcade online. Vanellope’s game, “Sugar Rush,” needs a replacement part so her game doesn’t get shut down and leave her homeless. Thus, Ralph and Vanellope embark on an adventure into the world wide web to find the missing part her game needs to survive. The two discover all the web’s intricate whims, fall down some Internet rabbit holes, meet some new friends, find some old friends and of course hilarity ensues.

Walt Disney Animation Studios is producing the film, which will see a wide theatrical release on Nov. 21, 2018. John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman return to voice their respective characters, with Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer also returning. Taraji P. Henson will be voicing a new character, an entrepreneur named Yess, and a whole slew of classic Disney Princesses will make appearances, including Pocahontas (Irene Bedard), Anna and Elsa (Kristin Bell and Idina Menzel), Merida (Kelly MacDonald), Mulan (Ming-Na Wen), Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), Moana (Auli’l Cravalho), Ariel (Jodi Benson), Tiana (Anika Noni Rose), Belle (Paige O’Hara) and more. Even C-3PO might make an appearance.

The film is directed by Rich Moore, who directed the first Wreck-It Ralph and most recently the Oscar-winning Zootopia, and Phil Johnston, who co-wrote Wreck-It Ralph and Zootopia. Watch the sequel’s first teaser below.
