Bad Moves Release “Wishing” Video, Announce Tour Dates with The Beths, Adult Mom

D.C. power-punk group Bad Moves have released a video for their song “Wishing” off their debut album Tell No One.

The video was made using found footage by Bad Moves’ guitarist and vocalist, David Combs. Emma Cleveland, Katie Park and Daoud Tyler-Ameen round out the quartet.

Combs said of the visual for the lighthearted “Wishing”:

The story behind the video is in 2015 I made a grim reaper costume for my then-two-year-old housemate and took some footage for a different project that was never finished. Recently I found the footage and thought it might work well with “Wishing,” a song about the way adults project their expectations onto babies. She’s five now and when I asked her if I could use the footage, she said ‘yeah, I don’t need it anymore.’
