Bruce Springsteen Announces Book Tour to Promote Forthcoming Autobiography

Bruce Springsteen loves touring. It is fitting that he’s decided to promote his forthcoming autobiography, Born to Run, with a nine-date book tour running from Sept. 27 to Oct. 10.

In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Springsteen referenced the personal topics at the heart of his memoir: “I had to find the roots of my own troubles and issues—and the joyful things that have allowed me to put on the kind of shows that we put on.”

It took him seven years and 528 pages to do so. Fans will finally be able to see the results upon the book’s release through Simon & Schuster on Sept. 27.

Knowing Bruce, we can expect that each event on the tour will outdo the previous in length and energy. Will the longest event of his authorial career be in his home state of New Jersey, or in Philly? Will he release live albums of the audio from the Q&A’s? These questions remain unanswered.

Tickets to each event will include a pre-signed copy of Born to Run. Check out the dates of the book tour below.
