Watch Car Seat Headrest Cover Outkast’s “Hey Ya!”

Car Seat Headrest put their own electric and energetic twist on Outkast’s 2003 classic “Hey Ya!” during a two-night homecoming run at The Showbox in Seattle over the weekend. The band, who will be continuing on the European leg of their tour in November, have become noted for their live covers of other artists, with singer Will Toledo and company offering imaginative and inspired takes on tracks both classic and modern. The choice of covering a hip-hop song is not all that unusual for the group—they covered Frank Ocean’s “White Ferrari” in February.
