Clairo, Kim Petras, underscores join Charli XCX onstage at Music Hall of Williamsburg
In between cuts from Music, Fashion, Film, BRAT, and how i’m feeling now, Charli incorporated “Music,” “Jeep,” and “Sofia" into the setlist.

Late last year, Brooklyn venue Music Hall of Williamsburg announced that it’d be closing its doors by the end of 2026 but the venue isn’t going out without a bang. A few days ago, American Football had a surprise gig there. And just last night, they hosted the first of two pop-up Charli XCX shows supporting her forthcoming album, Music, Fashion, Film, the hotly anticipated follow up to 2024’s BRAT.
The second of these pop-up shows will take place at Scala, a similarly-sized London venue, on July 14th. Both shows sold out within minutes, and their announcement coincided with Charli revealing the Music, Fashion, Film tracklist, as well as its sole featured artist: filmmaker David Cronenberg, of whom Charli has called herself a “stan.”
Though there are no other features on the album, a few special guests joined Charli onstage at Music Hall of Williamsburg last night. In between cuts from Music, Fashion, Film, BRAT, and how i’m feeling now, Charli brought out underscores, Kim Petras, and Clairo to sing their own songs—“Music,” “Jeep,” and “Sofia,” respectively—with her. underscores will be opening for Charli on the upcoming Music, Fashion, Film tour. Petras has collaborated with Charli on songs like “Unlock It” and “Click.” Charli and Clairo have shared the stage before, and recently, Charli slung some choice words at Clairo’s new opp, Peppa Pig (Charli will NOT tolerate any Clairo shade!)
Charli will return to Brooklyn in September to play a much less intimate show at the Barclays Center. She’s also announced a string of listening parties across the world. She’ll kick off the Music, Fashion, Film tour with a headlining set at Lollapalooza next month.
