Watch: Dave Grohl Joins Guns N’ Roses to Perform “Paradise City”

Looking back into Dave Grohl and Axl Rose’s relationship in the past, you’ll notice they’ve had a pretty contentious history. It all started during Grohl’s Nirvana days, but now that they’ve both matured, bygones are bygones. They’re definitely in each other’s good graces now, especially after Grohl helped Rose out by letting him use his throne for performances after Rose broke his foot at the start of Guns N’ Roses’ reunion tour last year.

To show that their relationship has continued to be amicable, Grohl joined GNR on stage in Tulsa, Okla. last night and performed “Paradise City” with the band. Rose introduced the Foo Fighters frontman, saying that he “happened to be in the neighborhood.” Foo Fighters are currently on tour supporting Concrete and Gold and are scheduled to play the same venue tonight.

They also just extended their North American leg in 2018 with six additional dates, including a repeat performance in Chicago at the end of July. See fan-shot footage of Grohl’s appearance at the GNR show below, plus a Foo Fighters performance from the Paste Cloud and the band’s newly announced tour dates underneath.
