Grimes Seemingly Confirms She’s “Knocked Up” After Removal of NSFW Instagram Post

Grimes, Canada’s Art Angel in residence, posted a NSFW image Wednesday night displaying a transparent, glowing baby bump complete with fetus inside. The image was later taken down, prompting Grimes to post a censored version later.
The photo garnered several congratulatory comments, including some from fellow artists Janelle Monáe and Princess Nokia. Presidential candidate Andrew Yang, for whom Grimes’ Tesla CEO beau Elon Musk openly tweeted his support, also tweeted a message of congratulations to the couple.

In a comment to a fan, Grimes referred to the “feral” and “war-like” nature of pregnancy. Being Grimes, the comment doesn’t necessarily read as an ironclad confirmation. Seems like the producer/pop star can’t do anything without eliciting confusion.
