Listen to Every J Mascis Guitar Solo from Dinosaur Jr.’s New Album

In a move that presents a sonic threat to the fabric of time and space, Dinosaur Jr. have released all of J Mascis’ screeching solos from their forthcoming album Give A Glimpse of What Yer Not.

Called “Solo Extractions,” the nearly seven-minute track somehow manages to contain all of the solos that will appear throughout the album’s 11 cuts.

If the brief moments of transition between each solo follows the album’s tracklist order, it sounds as if the songs “I Walk For Miles” and “Lost All Day” will be absolute crushers.

Give A Glimpse of What Yer Not is out Aug. 5 on Jagjaguwar. Dinosaur Jr. are currently on the northeastern leg of their U.S. tour and will continue playing dates through November.
