King Krule has released a new video for the track “Logos” from his dark, intoxicating album The Ooz, which came out in 2017 to widespread acclaim.
The video is the final installment of a three-part collaboration with WeTransfer. The previous two parts found Archy Marshall in a noir underworld in the video for “Biscuit Town” and floating through grainy footage from a recent tour in “Cadet Limbo.”
The “Logos” video features hand-drawn animation by Marshall’s brother Jack, with whom he collaborated on the album and short film A New Place 2 Drown, the artwork for his debut record 6 Feet Beneath the Moon, and many projects in between. The animation includes familiar motifs from the Krule canon like one-eyed aliens, moons and crocodiles.
