Liam Gallagher Releases Video for “Greedy Soul,” Recorded at Air Studios in London

The release of Liam Gallagher’s debut solo album As You Were is soon approaching, and now he’s released the video for “Greedy Soul” to give us a reminder as to why we’re looking forward to it.

Filmed at Air Studios in London, the video for the single finds Gallagher assuming his signature singing pose—head tilted up, mic on his upper lip, hands behind his back—and, at some point, he flips the bird, looking as pissed off as ever. He’s backed by his band, a duo of vocalists and a brass section, creating a dimensional, soulful rock song.

“Greedy Soul” is the fourth single taken from his forthcoming album, following “Wall of Glass,” “Chinatown” and “For What It’s Worth.” As You Were will be out Oct. 6 via Warner Bros. Records, and Gallagher is set to perform at Cal Jam in San Bernardino the following day, kicking off an entirely sold-out tour at the end of next month. Watch the video for “Greedy Soul” below.
