Lucy Dacus Plots Massive Summer and Fall Tours across Europe and the US

Indie songwriter extraordinaire Lucy Dacus has announced a massive fall tour, featuring stops in Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle and many, many more.

On the tour, Dacus will be performing new original and cover songs tied to specific holidays that have been recorded over the past couple of years; the series will be released as a physical EP later this year, and will simply be called 2019. We’ve already heard the original track “My Mother & I” (which Dacus performed with her mom on Mother’s Day) and her cover of Édith Piaf’s “La Vie En Rose.” Other forthcoming songs in the series will be tied to Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s and, naturally, Bruce Springsteen’s birthday.

Check out the full list of tour dates below, with new shows in bold, and listen to Dacus’s 2016 Daytrotter Session while you try and find the stop nearest to you. You can revisit our recent interview with the artist here.
