Last week, St. Vincent shared a sped-up remix of her MASSEDUCTION track “Slow Disco.” The new take on the song, titled “Fast Slow Disco,” is a highly danceable version of the original that leans hard into its sweaty disco roots. On Tuesday, she performed the revamped track on the BBC show Later…With Jools Holland. Watch her performance go down below.
Also on the Jools Holland episode were Kamasi Washington and Christine and the Queens, both of whose performances you can also watch below. Washington performed his recent single “Fists of Fury” and Christine and the Queens performed “Girlfriend.”
St. Vincent’s sixth studio album MASSEDUCTION was released in October. You can revisit our review right here and a 2009 St. Vincent performance from the Paste archives further down below.
