Expert Tweeter Leslie Jones Arrives At Olympics, Gets Her Own Snapchat Filter

Leslie Jones, Ghostbusters and SNL star—and now, Olympics commentator—just landed in Rio for this summer’s Olympics.

This morning, she posted a video on Twitter with her personal stylist Brian McPhatter, repeating “Oh my god, we’re in Rio!”

The video also featured her Snapchat filter, which depicts her dressed in American flag gear, chanting “USA! USA!”

NBC Olympics welcomed her, tweeting out ”.@Lesdoggg welcome to #Rio2016!”

The U.S. Olympic team also invited Jones to meet U.S. Olympic athletes, adding a GIF of her with an American flag.

She was offered the gig after NBC Olympics executive producer Jim Bell invited her to the games after seeing her live-tweet the games earlier this week.

Even though she missed some Olympics events flying to Rio, she hilariously live-tweeted her journey to Rio.
