Everton FC is already preparing for the holiday season by offering half-season tickets to interested supporters. As advertised, that deal gets purchasers 10 home fixtures, including matches against Tottenham, Manchester United and Liverpool. More importantly, the advertisement for that offer gets you Samuel Eto’o and Steven Pienaar acting adorably.
Eto’o, who clearly attended the Colin Farrell School of Eyebrow Acting, really steals the show in this one, though Pienaar deserves some credit for his more understated efforts. Both athletes, of course, deserve applause for their fake fighting at the end, which could potentially garner some attention come Oscar season.
