Things get meta in Netflix’s new teaser for the second installment of A Series Of Unfortunate Events, abandoning Patrick Warburton’s dour Lemony Snicket in favor of making Neil Patrick Harris’ Count Olaf the adaptation’s new hype man.

“Let’s try this my way,” Olaf croaks, hearkening back to the “bad” first season before teasing the much “worse” second. The rapid-fire clips that follow highlight “more villainous treachery, more treacherous villains, angry villagers, unwanted elective surgeries, man-eating lions, more violence, fire and despair.” What more could you ask for?

We got our first look at the show’s second season in December in the form of four stills, followed by the season’s first teaser on New Year’s Day, which announced the show’s March 30 return date. New additions to the cast of A Series Of Unfortunate Events include Lucy Punch (Into the Woods), Nathan Fillion (Castle), Tony Hale (Veep), Sara Rue (Bones) and Roger Bart (Episodes), several of whom make brief appearances in today’s new teaser.

All ten one-hour episodes of A Series Of Unfortunate Events season two debut on Netflix on March 30. Watch the show’s new teaser above, and revisit our review of the first season here.
