Legion, one of last season’s most surprising and hypnotizing new programs, is inching closer toward its return on April 3, and Tuesday saw the latest and most extensive peek at what’s to come in season two. The refreshingly strange Legion brings one of Marvel’s most powerful mutants, David Haller, into one of the most vividly stunning television worlds of the past decade.
Season two looks like it will pick up right where the series left off, with Heller somehow escaping a floating orb while his allies are forced to partner with former adversaries Division III to combat the villainous Amahl Farouk.
The majority of season one’s cast returns, with Dan Stevens taking up the helm of David Haller once again and Aubrey Plaza reprising her role as Lenny Busker, easily the most memorable character on the show thus far. Navid Negahban takes over the role of Amahl Farouk from Said Taghmaoui.
Legion returns, drenched in stark color palettes and copious amounts of enigma, on April 3 on FX. Check out the new trailer below, and do try to remember.
