Deadline reports that Victoria Justice and Ryan McCartan have been cast as Janet and Brad for Fox’s upcoming TV remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Justice previously starred in TV’s Victorious and Eye Candy and McCartan has appeared in Disney’s Liv & Maddie and Heathers: The Musical. They are taking over the lead roles originally made famous by Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick. They join a cast made up so far of Laverne Cox as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Reeve Carney as Rocky and Staz Nair as Riff Raff. The remake of the 1975 cult classic will be a two-hour taped special, scheduled to shoot this winter and premiere on Fox in the fall.
