Apple TV+ Releases Trailer for Season 2 of Silo

Apple TV+ has unveiled an official trailer for the eagerly anticipated second season of Silo.

Silo explores the lives of the Earth’s final survivors, who are trapped in a mile-deep silo protecting them from the toxins of the outside world. Yet, the history of the silo and the ramifications of venturing above its walls remain shrouded in mystery to its residents. The series follows Juliette (played by Rebecca Ferguson), an engineer dedicated to uncovering the secrets obscured by those in power. Key characters include the strategic head of IT, Bernard Holland (Tim Robbins), as well as engineers Martha Walker (Harriet Walter) and Shirley Campbell (Remmie Miller), alongside Robert Sims (Common), the head of Judicial Security. This compelling series is based on Hugh Howey’s acclaimed novel, Wool, with Howey serving as an executive producer.

The trailer offers audiences a glimpse into the aftermath of the first season’s events but maintains the intrigue and mystery of the cliffhanger finale of season one.  The trailer also offers a first look at new cast member Steve Zahn (The White Lotus) in an undisclosed role, menacingly confronting Juliette.

Additional Season 2 cast members include Chinaza Uche (Dickinson), Avi Nash (Black Mirror), Alexandria Riley (Baby Reindeer), Shane McRae (Sneaky Pete), and Remmie Milner. Clare Perkins (The Outlaws) will feature alongside Billy Postlethwaite (Chernobyl), Rick Gomez (Justified), Caitlin Zoz (Come Home), Tanya Moodie (Rain Dogs), and Iain Glen (Game of Thrones). The series is created by Emmy Award winner Graham Yost, whose credits include The Americans, Justified, Slow Horses, and Masters of the Air.

Season 2 of Silo will premiere on November 15th on Apple TV+. You can watch the trailer below.
