Everyone Has Two Sides in Harrowing Season Two Trailer for The Man in the High Castle

When the Nazis are in charge, things tend to get complicated. In the new trailer for the sophomore season of Amazon’s Emmy-winning The Man in the High Castle, each character is caught between two worlds, and the stresses are starting to show.

The trailer sees Juliana (Alexa Davalos) escaping her captors and seeking asylum with John Smith (Rufus Sewell) and the Reich. Meanwhile, Joe (Luke Kleintank) makes it out of San Francisco, but Smith stays behind. As for Tagomi (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), who witnessed a possible alternate universe at the end of the first season, he seems unsure of what to make of it all. “It didn’t feel like a dream,” he says in the trailer. The trailer also gives us looks at new characters played by Tate Donovan and Bella Heathcote.

Season two of The Man in the High Castle looks to pick up right where season one left off, continuing the story of this alternate universe in which Germany and Japan won the second World War. The Man in the High Castle’s second season debuts on Amazon on Dec. 16. Until then, check out the trailer for season two above.
