Eric B. & Rakim Return for U.S. Tour

Eric B. & Rakim are returning for their first tour in two decades. The veteran Long Island duo will kick off their U.S. tour on April 8 at House Of Blues in Boston. Rumors of the group’s reunion started on Monday when the hip-hop duo posted a since-deleted tweet with their tour dates. Rolling Stone confirmed those dates today.

Back in 2017, Eric B. & Rakim joined forces for a one-off reunion show at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem, N.Y., to celebrate the 30-year anniversary of their 1987 LP, Paid In Full. Per RS, the group has also been conspiring to remaster all four of their albums and release brand-new music videos for their songs, including “I Ain’t No Joke” and “Paid in Full.”
