2017 National Book Award Finalists Revealed

The National Book Foundation has cut its field of 40 National Book Award nominees in half, revealing the five finalists in each of the award’s four categories today.

Winners for the best entries in the categories of Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry and Young People’s Literature will be announced in New York City on Nov. 15.
