Seeso Renews Three Fan-Favorite Shows

Comedy News Seeso

Seeso announced today that it is renewing three fan-favorite shows: travel parody show Hidden America with Jonah Ray, animated sketch show The Cyanide and Happiness Show and improv show Big Jay Oakerson’s What’s Your F@%king Deal? All three new seasons are set to debut in 2017.

Seeso has greenlit a second season of the Bourdain-esque fictional travel show, Hidden America with Jonah Ray, featuring comedian Ray traveling to major U.S. cities with some comedy heavy-hitters. The first season featured David Koechner, Randall Park, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Laraine Newman, Baron Vaughn, Arden Myrin and more.

The Cyanide and Happiness Show, from the minds of Kris Wilson, Rob DenBleyker and Dave McElfatrick, will also return for another season. Deceptively simple stick-figures populate an inappropriate world with profane, and profound, sensibilities all their own. The show is based on darkly hilarious web comic Cyanide and Happiness, which you can check out right here.

Additionally, Big Jay Oakerson’s What’s Your F@%king Deal? will return for a second season of off-the-cuff improv and crowd work, including some seriously funny folks. Season one featured guest appearances by Hannibal Buress, Bonnie McFarlane, Colin Quinn, Kurt Metzger and Andy Kindler, among many others.
