Chicago is Getting the First-Ever Nutella Restaurant

Whether you pronounce it “nuh-tell-ah” or “noo-tell-ah,” everyone is pretty much in agreement that Nutella is delicious. In an effort to make dreams a reality, Ferrero, the makers of the hazelnut spread, announced they will be opening a restaurant in Chicago serving a variety of Nutella-themed items.

The menu includes hazelnut and blueberry granola with yogurt and Nutella, and grilled baguettes topped with Nutella spread. If you’re not a fan of Nutella, some of the items will be Nutella-free, so you can still accompany your friends to the novelty restaurant.

“The Nutella Cafe offers something for everybody, and we encourage everyone to come in and try a dish or snack,” says Noah Szporn, Head of Marketing Nutella North America. “We hope Nutella enthusiasts, Chicagoans and visitors enjoy the cafe as much as we enjoyed creating it.” Nutella might be the only condiment with “enthusiasts,” but, to be fair, it’s warranted.

The Nutella Cafe will officially be open on May 31 at 10 a.m. local time. Make sure to get there early, as the first 400 customers will receive one free select menu item.
