Hot off the Heels of Suicide Squad, Injustice 2 Drops Harley Quinn, Deadshot-Starring Trailer

Just in time to bask in the glow of Suicide Squad’s dominant box office run, NetherRealms has released the latest trailer for Injustice 2.

We get a look at Harley Quinn’s customizable outfits, as well as at some of her new moveset. It looks like she’ll have her trademark hammer as well as a baseball bat more akin to what she uses in the movie, along with a pair of gnarly, Joker-looking hyenas. I guess the hyenas get superpowers, too, if they’re going to be chomping on Superman and friends.

Anyway, we also get a new character revealed, this time for Harley’s squad buddy, Deadshot. If you’re interested in a man with guns strapped to his hands punching a giant, psychic gorilla, then you’re in for a treat. It doesn’t look like we get to see any different armors for Deadshot but he does throw a gun in the air and catch it, so there’s that.

Injustice 2 is slated for a 2017 release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS and Android. Watch the new trailer above.
