Deliver your final payloads: Blizzard has announced that season four of Overwatch’s competitive play is coming to an end next Sunday, May 28, at 7 p.m. EDT.
Make sure to grind for those last skill rating points, because every participant is getting a handful of goodies. All players will receive a spray and player icon, and the top 500 will receive an extra spray and icon. And of course, all players will earn competitive points passed on their skill ratings.
The breakdown, as per Blizzard:
SR 1-1499 (Bronze): 100 CP
SR 1500-1999 (Silver): 200 CP
SR 2000-2499 (Gold): 400 CP
SR 2500-2999 (Platinum): 800 CP
SR 3000-3499 (Diamond): 1200 CP
SR 3500-3999 (Master): 2000 CP
SR 4000-5000 (Grandmaster): 3000 CP
Season five will begin on Wednesday, May 31, at 7 p.m. EDT.
In other Overwatch news, Blizzard has confirmed there will be an anniversary event beginning May 23 alongside the Game of the Year edition launch of the game.
Blizzard has revealed that there will be three new maps for 3v3 rounds during the anniversary event. In addition, the Overwatch Korea page revealed the legendary skins that will be up for grabs. Check out them out in the tweet below.
