Death Note‘s First Full Trailer Unveiled

After some initial teasing, the first full trailer for Netflix’s Death Note adaptation has finally been unveiled. The film is based on a Japanese manga series and will be available for streaming on Aug. 25. The film follows the teenage protagonist Light Turner, (Nat Wolff, The Fault In Our Stars), who receives a notebook known as the “Death Note.” When he writes someone’s name in the notebook, that person dies. After using the notebook for justice, Light becomes power-hungry and gets carried away, killing anyone he deems unworthy of life.
