PasteMagazine.com is the New Home for Daytrotter and Live Streaming Sessions

We’re excited to announce that Paste is the new home for Daytrotter’s enormous collection of more than 7,000 sessions from bands from around the world, along with its ongoing video live-streaming. In fact, you can now live-stream daily sessions from both the Paste Studio in New York and the Daytrotter Studio in Davenport, Iowa directly on PasteMagazine.com.

Since 2006, both upcoming indie bands and established acts have been stopping at the Daytrotter Studio, first in Rock Island, Ill., and more recently in nearby Davenport to record unique sessions. Daytrotter alumni include Wilco, The National, Haim, Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver, Death Cab For Cutie, Danny Brown, Chvrches, Fleet Foxes, Mumford & Sons, Alabama Shakes, Jimmy Cliff, Lumineers, Dirty Projectors, Macy Gray, Counting Crows, Brandi Carlile, Kris Kirstofferson, Grimes, The War on Drugs and Spoon. You can listen to it all for free on PasteMagazine.com.

The latest update to the Paste website now allows visitors to watch any Paste Studio session directly on the site, as well as via Facebook or YouTube. Paste opened its studio in Midtown Manhattan in 2015, recently moving a few blocks into the Manhattan Center, just across from Madison Square Garden.
