Political crossover never sounded so good, thanks to musical favorite Hamilton and esteemed political drama The West Wing.
Plenty of connections have already made between the two pop culture giants—outside of their penchants for humor and drama—with a decent chunk coming straight from the fan (and Lin-Manuel Miranda) favorite mashup Tumblr TheHamWing.
On the cast’s recent visit to The White House, it solidified that crossover potential by reimagining one of Hamilton’s songs, “Cabinet Battle #1” as a dramatic sequence straight out of The West Wing.
