Kanye West Claims New Album is Coming This Summer

Kanye West has been holding music writers and Twitter hostage for weeks now. Today, in a series of tweets, he criticized the Grammys, praised the First Amendment and announced a new album coming this summer.

Before you get too excited, don’t forget that The Life of Pablo may or may not even be finished or even released for sale. Kanye’s claims have not yet been confirmed, except for the one where he said Future owned the clubs last summer—that’s true. As for when the follow-up to Life of Pablo would actually arrive, Kanye’s word on these matters has not been particularly accurate.
