Listen to Kurt Vile’s Fingerpickin’ Good Cover of the Squidbillies Theme

Last Sunday, Adult Swim’s Squidbillies splattered its inky-black humor across television screens once again during its season 10 opener.

As per tradition, the show recruits artists to cover its dirtbag theme music. Father John Misty provided an excellent, down-home take on the song last week. This week, Early Cuyler will tune his radio to Philadelphia fingerpicker Kurt Vile.

Later this season, fans can expect to hear Sharon Van Etten, The B-52’s, Jimmy Cliff and Rebecca Schiffman take on the song.
