American Hero Lana Del Rey Tried to Hex Donald Trump

In an interview with NME, Lana Del Rey nonchalantly admitted that she did indeed try to hex Donald Trump.
“Yeah, I did it,” Del Rey said after being asked whether she got involved with the hex she posted on her Twitter in February. The singer didn’t hesitate in her answer, wanting everyone to know that yes, she did in fact hex the president and instructed her Twitter followers to do the same. What’s your point?

“Why not? Look, I do a lot of shit,” she added. “I’m in line with Yoko and John and the belief that there’s a power to the vibration of a thought. Your thoughts are very powerful things and they become words, and words become actions, and actions lead to physical changes.”
Del Rey’s latest album, Lust for Life, came out last Friday after a leak just a couple of days before threatened to thwart the big release. Thankfully, Lana was able to get the link removed with help from her loyal Twitter followers. She still had time to call the leakers “little fuckers,” which we loved.
It’s a bummer that the hex hasn’t quite worked yet, but we’re not giving up on her power. We’d also like to add that if (when?) there’s a remake of The Craft, we want Lana to play Lirio.
