My Bloody Valentine Announce First U.S. Tour Since 2013

My Bloody Valentine are touring the U.S. for the first time since 2013 this summer.

The tour will begin on June 23 at Robert Smith’s Meltdown in London, and will continue Stateside and abroad with stops at the FYF Fest in Los Angeles, Denmark’s Roskilde Festival and Sonicmania in Japan. The tour marks the first My Bloody Valentine run in the U.S. since the band toured in support of their long-awaited third album, m b v.

The new tour follows the January release of “all analog versions” of MBV’s first two albums, Isn’t Anything and Loveless, as well as the recent news that Kevin Shields and company will soon release two new EPs, the first of which is expected out this summer.

Tickets will go on sale at on the band’s website this Friday, April 27, at 10 a.m. local time, except in New York, where sales open at 11 a.m.
