Panic! At The Disco Announce New Album, Share Two New Singles

Panic! At The Disco have announced the details of their forthcoming album, Pray For The Wicked, out on June 22 via Fueled By Ramen/DCD2 Records.

Pray For The Wicked will be the band’s sixth studio album and their first since 2016’s Death of a Bachelor. The band had been teasing their new album in cryptic social media posts and on Tuesday, the band performed a secret show in Cleveland’s 400-capacity Grog Shop after announcing the show just one day in advance and only selling tickets at the door.

Their new album was produced by Jake Sinclair and will feature brand new singles “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” and ”(Fuck A) Silver Lining.” “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” also has an accompanying video, which is part of a trilogy that acts as the prequel to “This Is Gospel” and “Emperor’s New Clothes.”

Frontman Brendon Urie said about the backstory behind the band’s new material:

After being away in New York for months doing Kinky Boots, I just wanted to hang out at home when I got back to LA. I was so revved up that I asked some friends to come over to my home studio to help me write about all the incredible things I’ve experienced the last couple of years. “Pray For The Wicked” is my thank you to our fans and the most fun I’ve ever had making album.

The band will perform “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Wednesday night (March 21). The band will also embark on a U.S. arena tour in support of the album this summer.

Watch the new video for “Say Amen (Saturday Night)” and listen to ”(Fuck A) Silver Lining” below. Check out their upcoming tour dates further down and preorder their new album here.
