The National’s Homecoming Festival Unveils 2018 Lineup With Father John Misty, Feist, More

Cincinnati natives The National have unveiled the lineup for their inaugural Homecoming Festival.

The Cincinnati festival, taking place on Apr. 28-29 at Smale Park, will feature a unique set from The National on both nights, as well as performances from Father John Misty, Alvvays, Future Islands, Feist, Julien Baker and more acts to be announced.

The festival will be presented in association with MusicNOW, the annual Cincinnati avant-garde festival founded by The National’s Bryce Dessner. MusicNOW will take place on Apr. 27-29 in venues across Cincinnati, and will feature a variety of world-class contemporary classical, electronica, folk and alternative rock concerts, with special exhibitions and talks throughout the festival weekend.

MusicNOW will feature appearances from Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Mouse on Mars, Kristín Anna Valtýsdóttir, eighth blackbird with Bonnie “Prince” Billy, Crash Ensemble and more to come.

Tickets are available now here. See the fest’s full lineup below, beneath a National performance from the Paste Cloud.
