Twin Peaks Announce New Singles Subscription Series, Share New Song

Chicago-based garage rockers Twin Peaks have announced a subscription series, titled Sweet ‘17 Singles. Subscribers will receive a 7” vinyl each month from early July to the end of the year. The subscription includes a 12” compilation of all 12 songs in December.
“Given our demanding touring schedule, we figured a good way to release new music without having to carve out the time to record a full length LP between tours would be to track whenever we could find the time, and release the music in a series of singles,” the band’s Cadien Lake James explains in a statement.
The singles will be available for streaming, but physical copies of the songs will only be available with a subscription, and there are only 300 copies of each 7”. Twin Peaks have also unveiled the series’ first single, “Tossing Tears.” It’s a blues-oriented track brimming with memorable guitar licks that echo the likes of ‘60s rock.
