Netflix has renewed the dark fantasy series Castlevania for a third season, as the show’s executive producer Adi Shankar announced on Twitter Wednesday night.
Based on the long-running Konami video game series of the same name, Castlevania premiered its four-episode debut season in July 2017, followed by an eight-episode second season which debuted last Friday, Oct. 26. For its third season, Netflix has given the show an upgraded 10-episode order, per Deadline.
“Mark my words—With Season 3 we’re going after that EMMY,” Shankar promised in a tweet.
Up next, executive producer Shankar is also working with Ubisoft on an anime series based on the Assassin’s Creed video game universe.
Netflix has not yet set a release date for season three of Castlevania.
