Queer Eye Gets Renewed for Seasons Four and Five

Surprising nobody but exciting everyone, Netflix announced Tuesday afternoon that Queer Eye will be returning for fourth and fifth seasons.

Season Four finds the Fab Five returning to the world’s BBQ capital, Kansas City, Mo., for eight new makeovers. Netflix will debut the episodes next month, and they will feature the same Fab Five we all know and love as they therapeutically dismantle and reassemble folks’ lives.

For Queer Eye’s fifth season, Antoni Porowsky, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown and Tan France will be heading up to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, for more feel-good and validating episodes, which will begin production on June 24 of this year. Season Five will premiere sometime in 2020.

The news was announced in a short Instagram post:

Queer Eye Season Four will premiere on July 19 on Netflix. In the meantime, you might as well revisit our ranking of the best Queer Eye makeovers here.
