Check Out Nintendo’s Three Part Mini-Documentary on the Making of Breath of the Wild
Images via Nintendo/YouTubeThis morning, Nintendo uploaded to YouTube a trio of internally produced, behind-the-scenes videos about the development of The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild, and you can watch them here.
The three brief episodes highlight the major shifts in design philosophy behind the critically acclaimed game, as well as which elements were necessary to keep the game true to classic adventure roots. In the videos above and below, you can check out interviews with director Hidemaro Fujibayshi and legendary Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma, concept art, scrapped gameplay ideas and more.
